You need a source of kickstart ROMs, and these are provided on AmigaForever (you can get your own images by extracting them from a real Amiga as well, if you prefer, but the AmigaForever route is simpler). If you're a Windows user that gives you a pretty nice setup out of the box. If you're on Linux or OS/X it's a little trickier.
